The universal top plate is designed for use on the Semad Hercules and Simply Models of Coil Spring Compressor.

It is the ideal solution to make it easier and faster to compress the spring on some adjustable shock absorbers particularly for sports cars (Bilstein & Eibach). The plate is easily substituted instead of using the 2 top clamps. If you cannot compress the spring using the clamps then it is suggested you use the top plate.
